Hey everyone,

I'm totally new to this fandom. So I'm sure many many great fics are there in the open waiting to be read ! (how exciting !)
Could you rec me your favorite fics ?
I'm into : gen or slash, main characters : Kirk and Bones, hurt/comfort, hurt!kirk, protective!Bones.
I'm looking for well written fics, that keep you in suspense from beginning to end, with a lot of hurt!kirk.

Thanks for letting me know, I'll go in and fix my entry! You can find it on AO3 over here, along with the prequel and the sequel. And when you are done with those, there is another story in the series, called The Needs of the Few, although it's currently a WIP.

Takes place right after the movie ends. This story has so much depth and I love that all characters are given real personalities. I can recommend to read everything that gone_ashore has written - I have yet to find something of hers that I don't love.

best advise: if you find a good story, check for more by that author on that website, on other websites, or go to "author's favorites" and see what get's them started. some of my best reads happen because i follow a hint in the summary when it says inspired by who's what.
