looking for a kirk/mccoy fic with mind-reading Bones

I'm looking for a recent fic in which due to an alien influence McCoy starts to hear everybody's thoughts. (And, if I remember correctly this is quite painful) And Jim, of course, thinks of sex. Much. With everybody and in different combinations. But Kirk thinks about him and McCoy having sex in three times more than with everybody else. And then there was some angst, pretty hot sex & misunderstandings.
And after that McCoy dissapears from ship and appears at the surface of a planet with said aliens (That look like green clouds? O_o ). They ask him to help them because they dying.
Then there was some lines about plants (that stinks) and about building a greenhouse.
