finding sibling fic

I am looking for a story where Kirk is surrounded by alien children, and has a history of taking care of them. I believe they are his adopted siblings (possibly adopted son's and daughters, but I don't think so). I remember one of the kids is half Vulcan or Romulan. Spock is a bit overwhelmed with the number of kids there are. I think that there were hints at Jim/Spock. I believe I read the story on fanfiction.net but I can's seem to find it.

Some of them where like his little brothers and little sisters but some where like real sons and daughters for him because he was the eldest in Tarsus and i think he had custody of Riley
