Fic where Spock is harassed by another captain?

I'm looking for a fic I found a while back where another captain (possibly a friend of Kirk's) comes aboard the Enterprise and decides that Spock is hot and starts harassing him a lot. I can't remember if Kirk and Spock are an item or not, and I can't remember whether Spock ends up getting assaulted or not. I do distinctly remember there's a formal dinner scene where the other captain has his hands all over Spock and Kirk gets pissed and Spock is really uncomfortable. Any ideas?
