Kirk/Spock future!Fic?

Hi there:)

I was hoping You could help me. I'm looking for a fic, that i believe is fairly recent, but for the life of mine, i cannot find it.

It's pretty short, from Kirk's point of view, when he thinks about his age and scars he got during the years and how Spock still looks young. I believe it end with Spock saying something along the lines of Jim's scars being also his.
