startrekficfinderI was sure that I had bookmarked this story but of course .... it is the one where dye to a transporter issue Spock ends up with wings which are very sensitive to touch. And Kirk needs to send out a memo basically saying Spock has the right to break the arm of anyone who touches his wings without permission. Ring any bells??
