Looking for two K/S Pon Farr fics

The first one:

I can't believe I can't find this story - I feel like I just read it. It's an AU where Vulcans and Terrans are at war, and Kirk is captured by them and used by Spock because he is in the midst of pon farr and has no bondmate - definitely non-con. There is eventually peace and Spock winds up as Kirk's first officer as the two opposing fleets are being integrated to improve relations. Ring any bells?

Another is an accidental bonding thing where they have to pretend they're a happy couple even tho one of them sleeps on the couch or something (Jim?). They eventually start sleeping together and then they start SLEEPING TOGETHER ;)
