Trip and T'Pol + baby Elizabeth

I’m looking for a Trip/T’Pol fic. It starts shortly after Elizabeth’s death, with T’Pol getting a visit from two of her future descends, who make it possible for baby Elizabeth to live. The rest of the story goes into great detail concerning Trip and T’Pol’s bond, their personal and martial problems, raising their daughter, Vulcan customs and Clan herichary (Including a T’Pau like matriarch who’s a totally logical BAMF, tradtional male and female roles, Trip performing that wilderness walk that all Vulcans go through at the age of seven, and I think there’s a large gathering of T’Pol’s clan where Trip insults Koss), there’s a great deal of time travel, and Malcolm ends up marrying a cousin of T’Pol’s.
