Spock as Captain

I am looking for a AU fic written relatively soon after the reboot came out in 2009.

In it, Spock became the captain of the Enterprise rather than Kirk after the events of the film.  Kirk was the First Officer, I think.  Part of the fic had Kirk coming to grip with the differences between his universe and the version of events the Spock Prime showed him.  Also Spock and Uhura were on the outs, and Spock had to do a lot of contemplating to realize why Uhura was upset with him. I think they eventually reconciled.

Does this ring any bells for anybody?

Unwritten Fate (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6155067/1/Unwritten_Fate) is an eventual Kirk/Spock slash, but it's the only Spock-as-captain that I can remember.
