Looking for AOS fic, Spock in disciplinary hearing with Starfleet Admirals after Nero

I'm looking for an AOS fic set after the end of the movie. I think it was a long fic, but I only remember a specific scene. Enterprise is back on Earth and Spock has been brought to a hearing with Starfleet where they are trying to blame everything on Spock. Suffering from the shock of his mother's death and distruction of Vulcan, Spock refuses to speak up on his on behalf. In the middle of the hearing, Jim barges in to the meeting and starts defending Spock's actions using Starfleet regulation. Anyone remember this fic and where I can find it? I think it was K/S.
