startrke voyager :Tom and Janeway trapped in a cave

Hello ,
i'm looking for a story about Tom Paris en Janeway trapped in a cave on an away mission. It was set after thirthy days. There was a storm outsite so they couldn't leave the cave and Tom was having a really hard time because he was claustrophobic. Janeay realizes what exactly she did to Tom by putting him in the brigg for thirthy days and feels guilty about it.
The one part i remember vividly was that Tom started to bang his broken ankle against the wall so the pain could distract him from his need to escape the confindness of the cave.
