Kirk H/C post Into Darkness

I'm looking for any stories that deal with Kirk's recovery after what happened at the end of the movie.

After being dead and all, maybe he has some complications to deal with. It doesn't matter to me if his problems are temporary or permanent.

Or, any fic about the time while Kirk was unconscious. Maybe Bones stressing out trying to save him.

McCoy/Kirk is preferred if there's a pairing, but I'm actually okay with anything, just warn me if it's heavy on a different ship.

Not sure if this will be helpful, but fiercynn has compiled a pretty reliable rec list (http://fiercynn.dreamwidth.org/81220.html) of the most worthwhile post-ID fics. I'm not sure that any are Kirk/McCoy (I think fiercynn prefers K/S), but some are gen and many deal with the immediate post-ID fallout (i.e., Jim's recovery)
