Fic Search, Kirk is a ghost... kind of

I'm pretty sure this story was on Fanfiction.net but I can't find it now. It was about how Spock is new to the enterprise and meets Jim, who later "dies" and that's when Spock learns that Kirk was in a transporter accident and never rematerialized. An Ion storm happens and they were able to rematerialize him.

Anyone know where I can find it.
