A Doom crossover

I don't remember the exact details, but the bridge crew and Gaila eventually all take the C24 and become superhuman like Reaper Bones. I remember there was a deadly battle, against some of the Enterprise crewmembers who were turned by the monsters. In the end, the 8 of them faked their deaths and went off together.
