Specific Bamf doctor McCoy fic search

Hi all,
I'm looking for a specific Bones centric fic I read on ff.net a while back. It was for the 09 movie, and was about the people Bones' treated as a doctor-basically, it was a multi-chapter fic about his different experiences as a doctor/treating patients at the academy and on the Enterprise. I vividly remember one scene was about him treating the female officer who threatened to "make him sit down" on the shuttle in the movie-I think she had a tumor in her thigh bone or something? I just remember that she was apprehensive about Bones treating her, and possibly he was the only doctor to catch the tumor?
