Looking for a specific Tarsus fic

Hi guys!

Since my memories of this one is really vague, the chance of finding it via myself/looking at the tags is pretty slim. ..Or well finding it at all, but let's hope it'll ring a bell for someone.

I only read the first one or two chapters - no idea how long it is, but chaptered that's for sure. It was either Gen or McCoy/Jim - and the small bit I read was from McCoys's Pov (not in first person). What I remember is small hints here and there about Jim's crappy childhood (Tarsus IV), but McCoy not caring much (at least at the beginning), still for some reason Jim is like a puppy and wants to be friends with him. / Also Jim may have made McCoy his primary doctor? While the latter had no idea why.

I'm really really curious how this story ends, but of course didn't bookmark it. >hits herself<
Also this was on LJ + reboot!ST.
