Help finding a Reboot Kirk/Spock with full crew background fic

So I am pretty new to this fandom and . swear I have been reading nonstop! Problem with that is though I am forgetting what was in what fic and what was the name of some of these amazing reads!
The one that I have been looking for for a while is a Kirk/Spock fic that is set after the first movie and all that I can remember is that it was a longer fic and that the Enterprise was known as the "fun" or "party" ship. They got their missions completed and rocked the starfleet enough that Pike overlooked the more laid back manner of how Jim was running the ship. Also, I remember that Jim would show up a bit after the party had started and he did manage to get Spock to dance a bit.

So I know it's been ages, but it's been driving me crazy whenever I think about this post and try to remember which story this is and I've finally found it thanks to somebody else also looking for this story, but they remembered a different portion of it.
