looking for Kirk/Bones married and in trouble with starfleet

I'm looking for a fic I read a while ago. Kirk and McCoy were married and ended up in trouble because of it. They had a trial (court martial?) and ended up having to be on a space station for several months but could only get together for some meals. Kirk was assigned to do some computer programming/debugging.

Does anyone remember this story?

No, that's not the one. The one I'm looking for is longer. It's been a few months since I read it but I think they were in an established relationship and the admiralty looked the other way until they got married. Then they were given the choice of divorce or punishment. I think there was a trial or court martial and the punishment they ended up with was six months on a space station but they were not allowed to be together. Eventually they ended up back on the Enterprise.
