looking for recs and wip encouragement comm?

Looking for recs. K/s on LJ or other especially since stid I have only been checking out ao3 and ksarchives for k/s.
Kirk/bones since stid anywhere - LJ, ij, ao3 etc... I like the thought of bones freaking out that kirk died. But I also like kirk centric fics.
Again i haven't been on LJ ij ao3 etc for this pairing much so any recs for kirk/chekov, kirk/khan, etc especially epics are greatly wanted!. I love kirk centric fics.
I would love to see some fics where kirk goes rouge after the Marcus debacle.


Next request: I am wondering if there are any comms out there where people post about the wips they are following that needs encouragement to be complete. Could be multifandom. And all the members shower the author with love, showing that their work really does matter. If not in existence i may be interested in starting one.

1_million_words isn't wip specific, but there's all sorts of cheerleading and encouragement. It's my favorite comm of all time.

dreamwidth but I think it should be usable without an account on that site. I find it useful for daily accountability.
