Kirk on Tarsus brought up at the academy in a class or assignment?

Hi so I've been looking for this forever,its a story from, I'm pretty sure ff.net. So its set academy era of Star Trek 2009, and what I remember about it is this: Kirk and Galia are in a relationship, Bones is his friend in the start, some chapters are short with the pount of view a 'the betrayer', in some class Tarsus is brought up and Jim tells Galia and Bones the story about how he is JT, the survivior who saved kids on the planet during crisis, Jim takes Galia to some kind of important part or ball, they run into his mother at the party who gets angry about him bringing Galia to the party, becasue of her behaviour she gets her title of ambassabor taken away.
Word for words (?) "He gets the hottest girl in school" and "Former ambassador Kirk."
