Spock lied to about Earth customs (dub-con)

Hi

I'm looking for a specific fic where someone at the Academy took advantage of Spock and told him that on Earth you have to sexually service your superiors when you mess up.

Kirk and McCoy find out when Spock makes some kind of minor mistake and tries to give Kirk a blowjob.
