seeking Picard/Riker/LaForge fic

I'm trying to find a fic that I read many years ago, so the details I remember are pretty sketchy. Picard, Riker and LaForge are kidnapped and transported to a featureless void by an unknown entity. Initially, they're separated, but Riker and LaForge find each other then Picard. When they find Picard, he is remembering/reliving his experience with the Borg and Riker talks him back to lucidity. As they wander around, Riker begins to hallucinate that his arm has been amputated and Picard convinces him otherwise. The entity then forces Picard and Riker to kiss. The story ended with all three of them having sex, then being returned to the Enterprise. Any clues as to where I can find this?

Also, any recommendations for stories focused on the Picard&Riker dynamic (slash or not)  would be much appreciated.
