Kirk was turned into a girl by someone/something on a new planet.

Pretty sure it was on LJ, and I think in 3 parts.

I don't remember if it was slash or not (chances are it was, but it might be strong friiendship).

Note, I haven't actually read this... just came across it while googling girl!Kirk in an attempt to find the fic you want. Sadly, I haven't read many genderbent!Kirk fics, and the few I have, have usually been the always-a-girl kind.

Hopefully someone will be able to find the story you want for you soon.
