specific sick, injured Kirk

This is what I remember; Kirk was held prisoner and something (a parasite?) got into his feet, making them incredibly swollen and painful. But Spock helped him 'walk' to the beam-out point when he was rescued and on the ship. Bones was angry that Spock hadn't carried him but Spock said he wasn't going to let the crew see Jim like that.

I don't know if there was a pairing or what the rating was. I appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.
