Academy AU Kirk/Spock

ages ago I read a Academy AU with Kirk and Spock.
The one part I remember about it the most is that Kirk seems to flirt and might even have sex with one of his Professors. And Spock and some other ppl see it and come to the wrong conclusion. Later we find out that Kirk was in fact blackmailed or at least pressured by said Professor. It might have been to safe Spock and/or their new relationship.
Pretty much at the end that professor gets court martial. (Might did some other stuff to protect/revenge a nephew or some such)
I think there are either two stories, one from Spocks pov and one from Kirks or it was a back and forth between several pov s.
It drives me crazy. I've been looking for it for ages. Please help.
I also love, Love, LOVE Academy AUs with reboot Kirk/Spock pairing. Any and all suggestions and I am game. :)
PS. sorry for the lame Subject line I just couldn't, for the life of me, think of anything better.

I just read the first part but I didn't recognise it as the story I was looking for. Can you believe that?
