Reboot Fic, Bones Spock and Pike?

Hi,

Basically the ship was invaded by aliens who just beamed aboard and went through the ship killing various crewmembers along the way and doing damage. McCoy did what McCoy does best and treats people, until one of the aliens is brought in. He opts to treat the alien rather than leave him to rot, the alien recovers and before he beams away he shoots and kills another crewmember. McCoy later receives a letter from Pike berating him for his 'traitorous' choice.

The rest of the story is Spock quietly taking care of McCoy and I believe eventually ends up as slash.

I've completely lost this one - can anyone help me find it again please?
