Some lost fics

Ok, so I've (once again... sigh) lost some fics. I hope you can help.

1. Spock and McCoy are trapped in a collapsed building. Both are injured and McCoy (I think) is talking about what Spock can do to ensure he survies, he keeps using the words "you have to" and "you will" a lot, and eventually Spock realises the McCoy is very badly injured and likely bleeding out, and there really isn't anything either of them can do, but McCoy is convinced he will die. I think Spock may have a head wound, which is why he doesn't catch on. (it may have been the other way round, but I'm fairly sure it isn't)
2. Spock and McCoy (there's a bit of a theme here), are stuck in a cave, trapped on a ledge I think, one of them has a broken leg. There is much bickering.
3. Spock and McCoy haven't been getting along, and one mission they are taken captive and locked into a cell together (now I could be confusing two fics, because I think there is a Kirk/McCoy/Spock fic similar to this), the captors think they are from the opposing side in a way they are fighting and that Spock has been altered by the enemy in an attempt to confuse them and incite panic. The aliens were fighting a sort of American/Russian like cold war. McCoy and Spock work on an escape together. Bboth of them end up injured I think.

And lastly;

4. Any similar sorts of fics showcaseing Spock and McCoy's friendship, preferably in the Star Trek Babies Universe (Nutrek), or at least the beginnings of friendship. Bickering is a huge plus. Angst/Drama/Injury not required, but welcome. I do like fics where they are sort of stuck together and are forced to set aside their differences.

I've read the fic where Spock and McCoy join forces to find a missing Kirk in some mountains (they believe Kirk is dead at one point before they find him again).

Oh, and 5. Any fics based around the Mmedical Bay, fics with Christine Chapel (or from her POV) or other medical staff, and their relationship with their surley CMO. Or even just fics where McCoy treats Kirk or Spock, or they come to pester (check in to discuss the most recent set of reports from the medical bay Doctor). Anything at all really.

Pairings preferably McCoy/Spock, Spock/McCoy/Kirk or McCoy/Kirk, or gen.

It's the other way round, Spock is the one badly injured - so not sure if this is the one you meant?
