I would highly rec "What Part of Forever (http://archiveofourown.org/works/805189)" by FeelsLikeFire - it's delightful and the Jim characterization is really good. The story is very loosely based on the Pretty Woman trope - not sure how faijthful a thing you're looking for, but it is one of my top 20 favorite fics.
