An AU with Spock as police officer

I am looking for an AU fic that has Spock as a police officer in Riverside and he arrests Jim, who is a bit of the town troublemaker. I believe Sarek is dead and Amanda is alive and connects with McCoy? I believe the word legend is in the title.
