Looking for Kirk/OMC

Hi,

I am looking for a fic that I read awhile ago.

Basically Kirk and an alien (who was male) fall in love. I am leaning towards the alien being a Vulcan but not Spock, Spock Prime or Sarek but an oc. I could be wrong about him being a Vulcan so any Kirk/Alien you know of please let me know. It was not a pwp I do remember they loved each other. I am for sure that it took place in the reboot verse.

Are you certain it's Kirk? I read a longfic that was Bones/OMC with OMC as a Vulcan.
