TEEN SPIRK

So im looking for this fic. Basically (teen)Jim goes to this Starfleet dinner, and during the meal sees this young Vulcan over at the Vulcan table and feels like a instant attraction/connection to him. After dinner and stuff he goes exploring to escape from the noise from dancing and goes into this empty conference room i think it was. If i remember right he starts sketching a treehouse design then Spock comes in and they basically bond over it and i remember vaugly something about dancing, and i think Jim giving Spock a quick dancing lesson, them getting distracted by kissing and Serek ruining it all by knocking on the door, trying to find Spock to bring him back downstairs. Then the next day, they skip the lectures and spend the day exploring town and have a picnic. When they have to say goodbye its in a closet and its sad with brief stolen kisses, cue Jim going home sorta depressed. Him and Spock end up writing emails regularly, and Jim begins building the treehouse. At the end of the story, i remember Spock arriving at Jims house and cue happy reunion and sexy times. If i remember right its no more than 10 chapters, but i could be completely wrong. Please!! Ive tried to find it and i cant, and im dying to read it again! Its such a great story
