Help with display

Off topic, but does anyone know how I can alter the display from the new white background back to the old black one?
I'm finding it extremely difficult to read, and can't find any help in LJ's settings.

Thanks for the link.
I can't make it work - I've added "?usescheme=BadWeather" (the name of the scheme on my page) and spelling variations thereof, to the stficfinder.livejournal.com but all I get us that the page cannot be found.
I may have to upgrade to a paid account just so I can view other pages in my scheme - which is very annoying, as it's only this journal I want to change, not every page I view.

Yes, thank you. Doesn't work either. I've discovered the reverting to old design feature has malfunctioned in the latest redesign, so I'm hopeful LJ will fix the issue - many people are complaining about it, so it's not just a problem with my account.

Hi, did you try to change the settings? I was ready to rip my hair out because the very new and "sleek" mobil version took forever to load on my phone, not to mention it's ugly as hell. You can select display from settings, and then you only need to click the box next to set old design version (or to do the same in the mobile version). It got meback my old look. Hope this helps:)

Thanks, I tried that first and it did nothing - doesn't appear to be working for me :-(
I have since found out today that option isn't working for many people - i hope they will listen to the overwhelming feedback and fix the problem.
