Looking for a specific hurt!Jim fic

This is driving me crazy, I know I'm gonna feel like a dunce when someone tell me the name of it cuz it's a pretty well-known fic, at least that's how I remembered it.

Annnyway, I came across this fic on LJ and I read its summary, and I remember I thought "sounds like one hell of a feast!" And then... there's no then... I can't believe I didn't bookmark it...
What I can remember is the summay says there's lots of hurt!Jim and Bones has to do some major operation on him without some proper instruments??? Does it ring any bell?? And there's a bomb? Some chaos? (I may or may not just imagined these two up)

And I have a vague impression that I get the link of this fic on this community, but now I can't locate it either, aghhh!!

The story that comes to mind for me is one where they are on a strange planet with a civil war of sorts and a woman helps hide them when her home is searched.

They hide under her bed when the soldiers come in the room.

I read it on A03 so I could be totally off the mark

but also I'll be damned if I can remember the name of this so now we both will be searching...LOL
