Star Trek AOS Jim/Bones

I'm looking for an AOS fic, it may be a five and one, but I'm not sure. It's Jim/Bones fic where the Enterprise crew boards a ship they find seemingly abandoned and find all the crew dead. The ship was taken over by some evil entities or aliens and they murdered all the crew except for the ship's doctor. The entities can assume the appearance of those they kill. Bones knows the ship's doctor, he worked with her before, and he tries to save her when she's is held hostage and attacked. Bones is very badly injured. Someone on the ship realizes something is wrong and beams all the away team back to the Enterprise.

At the end the Enterprise blows up the ship with the shape shifting aliens.

I remembered one more thing, for some reason Jim and Bones are mad at each other or at odds with each other.

Does this fic ring a bell? It's driving me nuts that I can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
