Anyone ever read any court martial fics involving Jim, Bones or Spock? Hurt/Comfort sort of thing with some angst. It doesn't have to be a happy ending...
Back in the print-'zine days, there was "Alternate Universe 4", a collection of 3 'zines by Shirley Maiewski and others. I own the 'zines, so I never bothered to search for an online version -- but Fanlore says the "Lightfleet" stories are online, so maybe someone can help you with that.
Kirk messes up a mission, is court-martialled and kicked out of Starfleet. He ends up in the Lightfleet ...
Very Kirk-centric, Spock and McCoy have really just minor roles, but it's an excellent read.
Good Lord, I'd forgotten all about Alternate Universe 4 - the link to them online is Here (http://www.simegen.com/fandom/startrek/au4/) Just start at the beginning of Volume One. Very h/c.
I'm sounding like an obsessive, now, as I've recced this before, but this whole massive and wonderful story is built around a court martial on a space station - plot; friends; twisty turns; gorgeous and oblivious (initially) K/S:
Story description: Captain James T. Kirk and Lieutenant Commander Spock are hereby charged with negligence and wanton misconduct due to their emotional compromise with each other.

I read something a coup,e of weeks ago, vaguely reminiscent of Veritas,, An Admirable Mistake (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/11202344/1/An-Admirable-Mistake) by KaraStorm. Less about the court martial and more about the events leading up to it, but still a decent read.
