Movie-era K/S fic

I think I'm going mad because I've certainly read this fic recently and had it saved but can't find it now :(
It was most probably movie-era, Kirk was with a woman (maybe Antonia but not sure) and Spock was visiting them right before his pon-farr was about to come, and because of seeing Jim with her it happened earlier than he reckoned. Jim and the woman left for some sightseeing or romantic trip and Spock locked himself in the house, but there was a scene when she tried to enter his room and he almost assaulted her and scared her. And then Jim returned rught when Spock was trying to leave on his shuttle with dialogue along the lines "are you still in blood fever?" "No, it ended 3 minutes ago".
And then they talked and had a happy ending.
Not sure how accurate my description is, I wanted to reread to be sure and can't find it :( Hope it rings a bell.
