Looking for a Star Trek fanfic

startrekficfinderI am almost certain that it was on daltonator.net, but I havent been able to find it. I do know that it was in txt format.
It was set after the Dominion War and consisted of a series of messages, mostly between Martok and the Federation President, concerning the activities of a new terrorist group led by Garak. I think it was written as a 9/11 analogy as it showed a similar progression of events leading up to and including a 9/11 equivalent event, culmimating in Martok finally telling the Federation to piss off.
