Jim/Bones

Spock Prime convinces Spock that he belongs with Jim and not Uhura So Spock breaks up with her and goes after Jim but Jim is happy with Bones. Spock tells him how much better they would be together. Can't remember anything more, but I'd love to find it again it was so good!

Does anyone remember this story? I think I might have read it on AO3 a long time ago, but I'm not sure.
