Hello!

I've just read For Gladness of You and now I have a hankering for practical Captain Kirk. I just really want to read a K/S fic in which Kirk actually sends Spock into a dangerous situation without arguing that he should go instead.

I am open to any universe, as long as Kirk is practical. Thanks!

Hi! Try "Of Thunder and Roses" by Anna Amuse on ksarchive.com. A dangerous situation and wonderfully in-character Jim and Spock. Artful, too. I loved it.
