I am looking for any fics where we see kirk/spock through the eyes of another character. That can be Uhura, Bones, an original character... basically anyone. Just no deathfics please. Thanks!!

One of my favorite K/S fics EVER has an outsider POV, and the author uses it beautifully. We, the readers, understand things the guy is describing, even though HE doesn't understand them.

It's "Report from the Rim" (http://ksarchive.com/viewstory.php?sid=2098&warning=1) by Carolyn Spencer, and oh, it's a wonderful, marvelous story! I try to ration myself to only re-reading it every six months, but sometimes I fail at that. :-)

Another one I like -- though I like almost nothing so well as "Report From the Rim," but then, no one should be ashamed of not being able to equal Carolyn Spencer :-) -- is "Arguably Insane (http://archiveofourown.org/works/496984) by Jaylee. The outsider in this one is a member of the Enterprise's crew, who starts out snarky and ends up moved by the beauty of K/S.
