Looking for K/S Pon Farr fic

I'm looking for a famous fic, I even know I have it bookmarked, somewhere. Kirk and McCoy are not in Starfleet. Spock goes into Pon Farr and locks himself into his apartment expecting to die. But his mind calls out that his mate is near so he follows it and finds Jim in a bar. Jim is reluctant about staying after the Pon Farr so he leaves, ends up arrested because he stole Frank's flitter to get to San Fransico in the first place. Spock has his lawyer, whose name is something like luminate, get him out. Who calls Sarek and basically brags that she just broke Spock's new husband out of jail. Then Spock ends up pregnant.
See, I have like every detail of the fic, except it's name. Thank you for any help.
