Looking for some oldish Garak/Bashir fics.

Ok, there are two post series fics based on Cardassia that I'm looking for...

Garak and Bashir are living on Cardassia and are an established couple in both. One fic is where Julian gets a care package with English biscuits from his mother and the other one is where Garak takes Julian to an important banquet to impress his fellow Cardassian politicians. It ends up where Julian attracts the eye of one of them and impresses them quite thoroughly. I'm PRETTY sure they are by the same author. I cant find them anywhere! *head scratching*

Also, there is a fic where some alien ambassador/trader (?) visits the station and I think Julian is shown or given a plant/flower (?) and it makes Garak and Julian attracted to each other - enhancing their attraction and making them bolder in their feelings that were kept hidden from each other. It ends up getting the alien in trouble with Sisko.
