Fic set in France during a war

I'm looking for a rather long fic, set in France during WWII(?), told from the perspective of Spock through diary entries where Spock works as a nurse and Kirk is a wounded soldier that they bring to him. They eventually leave to head to safer places but it ends in tragedy. Its on livejournal, but I don't remember anything about what its called or who its by.
