Saw this description in the discussion about TOS episode "Is There in Truth No Beauty"

“Hurt-comfort” fanfic story where Kollos’s box dissolved a bit early, Kirk went mad, and Spock had to tend to him.

I wonder if anyone knows what this can be?

Or if you know any other fics where Spock has to take care of injured Kirk, set in TOS/TOS movies verse, I'll appreciate too.
The only one I read is "Nightvisions".

This is always a good place to find less recent but marvellous stories (it hasn't been updated for a long while but it's a gem). I put on the TOS/hurt/comfort filter for the link (see the left hand column)but you'll enjoy playing around with that, I think!
