Looking for a prompt/fic

I hope it's okay to post looking for prompts rather than fics.

On st_xi_kink's kink meme, a prompt was posted asking for Kirk/Spock, wherein something happens on an unknown planet that causes Spock's telepathy to go haywire. I vaguely remember a description of Spock screaming and grabbing his head, possibly bleeding from the ears/nose/etc.

It wasn't a filled prompt when I saw it, but that was days ago and I can't find it anymore. Can anyone help?

I've combed through three pretty well and also through two. I feel like it's either in part one or in part two and I missed it. I've been keeping close tabs on part three.

I gotta finish my current one first since I already posted and said I'd write it (it's the one about Spock having a deformity that makes Uhura dump him). After that, the prompt you found is next. Hopefully they'll both be done by Thursday. :D
