Tarsus IV Kirk crashes on Vulcan

For the life of me I can't find this fic. Young Spock finds young Jim on Vulcan. Jim claims he flew there and the shuttle crashed but Spock doubts this because Jim is young and he sees no evidence of any shuttle near by. Jim helps Spock against a lemayta and then passes out. Spock takes him home and Jim ends up growing up on Vulcan. Later in the story Jim does a summer exchange program at star fleet academy and ever is amazed with his strength and stamina and all these odd rumors are going around about where he grew up.
