startrekficfinderIt's a fic in the aos. I don't know the title or author. Kirk/McCoy are in an established relationship. It starts with Jim returning to the ship with a de-aged Spock. Spock is a baby. The story takes place over about a five year period I think and Spock ages more quickly so that after the five year or so period he is a young adult. Kirk and McCoy raise him in that time. Spock and Uhura were also together at the beginning of the fic and rekindle things in the end.
