K/S exhausted/migraine/ill!Jim

I'm looking for slice-of-life type fics (or themes/scenes within larger fics) where Jim isn't at his best physically and Spock helps. Or helps as much as Jim lets him.
Nothing life or death. Just kind of quieter. A mild illness that Jim continues his duties through, stress that steals his appetite or ability to sit still. And Spock there to take the edge off, or convince him that sleep is a good thing.
I'm fine with Tarsus IV being a theme if there's a loss of appetite w/ stress, or there being a more dramatic plot line behind everything. I'd prefer Jim not overly incapacitated by whatever's his ailment is - just enough to make Spock fret a little.
