Hi All,

I've just realized that the wonderful and gifted verizonhorizon took all of her works off the internet, including the Mazel series (Mazel Ra, Mazel Tov). Does anybody, by chance, have them saved? It would be a devastating loss to learn that all verizonhorizon wrote is now lost to us! I would be every so grateful if I could read her works again!

I have several of her fics saved as html files and am willing to share. Just reply with the fics you want and I'll send you a pm later asking for your email address.

After the Kobayashi Maru hearing, Spock seeks out Cadet Kirk off Academy grounds to elucidate a few points. He expects a stimulating debate but finds more stimulation than he bargained for. Given that encounter, what would have happened if Spock had not marooned Kirk on Delta Vega?

The Death Trap Test
Trapped in an alien prison facing their imminent execution, how do Spock and Kirk spend their last living hours together, and what are the consequences?

Sympathy vs. Empathy
Not long after Vulcan was destroyed and the Enterprise shipped out, strange aspects of Spock’s Vulcan heritage kick in at a very inopportune time. At first, he and Uhura have it under control. But on an away mission, Kirk gets unintentionally involved.

Kismet (Or the Fic in Which Jim is a Spock-Magnet)
A sexy, slightly older Spock appears on the Enterprise, and Jim thinks he will finally get to have sex for the first time in months. His First Officer has a slight difference of opinion on this matter. Jim almost gets choked to death again but ekes out “a smoking hot, poorly-repressed-emotion-fueled threesome.”

Blood Fever
Spock goes into pon farr and chooses Kirk as his mate (based on the Voyager episode: "Blood Fever").

Unfortunately I don't have any of verizonhorizon's works saved. I'm also looking for a Pinto fic "Z" and three ST fics "Nail Job," "When Spock lost his telepathy…to Kirk," and "Kirkitty." Anyone have these?

None of the others were captured, I'm afraid, I've searched all 8 captures spanning 6 years, and only about a third of her fics from the K/S Archive were captured. It doesn't capture Livejournal pages, and I haven't looked for anywhere else she may have had her work posted.

Thank you for finding that! I tried all my tricks to find caches of AO3 things, but didn't think to look at the K/S archive.

I just now tried Dreamwidth, and some posts are archived, but only the ones that aren't marked 18+, so very few.

I used the Wayback Machine to find her KS Archive page, with about a third of her 105 fics listed:

You may have to trawl through all 8 of the captures, I found all the fics listed on page one in the most recent capture, 2016, were there, but after that most weren't. There was the odd one saved over the next few pages, so check them all!

The first capture in 2010 also yielded some that weren't backed up in later captures.

If you can't access if for some reason, I'm in the process of saving all the fics there, and will happily share them if you give me an email address.
