FOUND! ST B - fanfic?

I recall reading this fic shortly after Star Trek Beyond premiered. My google-fu has failed me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The story takes place immediately after Spock saved Kirk at Yorktown. Kirk is collapsed on the floor of the tiny ship that McCoy is piloting. He goes to move and suddenly all the adrenaline that had been keeping him going wears off and he is in a great deal of pain [broken ribs? dislocated shoulder? etc.]. I think Spock and McCoy swap places so that McCoy can treat Kirk. I've done multiple searches via Google, ffn and AO3 and can't seem to get it come up. Help??
